Ortho-Bionomy
Ortho-bionomy is a gentle technique using soft pressure and movements in order to re-engage the bodies’ own self corrective reflexes. By focusing on what feels comfortable the body in releases ‘bad’ patterns and encourages its own healing. This allows a safe space where the body can explore its own healing potential - after all your body knows itself best!
